摘    要:对热塑性高分子作熔体加工时,在此过程中同时再叠加机械振动,设计制造的加工机器一方面具有卓越的技术经济指标,另一方面制品的物理性能也得到了提高[1,2].此类研究的重点多集中在动态成型过程中聚合物的流变行为或者成型后制品的力学性能方面[3,4],对聚合物本身在此外加交变力

Abstract:The testing specimens of an injected polypropylene sample were subjected to heat treatment for 30 min at various temperatures around its melting peak,and then the treated samples were characterized by DSC.It was found that there existed an temperature window at which the resulting melting temperature and crystallinity of the treated sample increased obviously.For heat treated specimens under static conditions the temperature window occured only below the peak melting temperature.For heat treated specimens under vibration in a dynamic mechanical analyzer with definite amplitude and frequency,this temperature window covered the whole melting range.Heat treating the PP sample under vibration in a temperature range of 5℃ above its melting peak,the resulting specimen possessed a maximum melting temperature.
