| Abstract: | The both functions of the eccentric circle family and the coaxial circle family have been given.The equipotential property of eccentric circle has been validated using the method mentioned in mathematic manual.The relation between the equipvalent lines and field lines of the eccentric circle family and the coaxial circle family has been given. |
