塑料裂解碳的反应活性及结构分析

摘    要:对2种无氯塑料裂解残碳的反应活性进行测试,结果表明,塑料裂解残碳的反应活性要强于焦炭.分形理论分析结果表明塑料裂解碳的孔隙率大、比表面大,这有利于气固相反应的进行.

Abstract:The carbonous reactivities of two kinds of remnant coke- like materials from gasified chlorine - free plastics were tested. The result shows that the carbonous reactivities of these remnant cokes are higher than that of coal - coke. Besides, the fractal theory analyses show that the porosities and the specific surfaces of remnant cokes are higher than that of coal - coke. It means that these kinds of remnant cokes are more helpful to improve the kinetics conditions of gas- solid reaction.
