| 摘 要： | 采用一种新方法——自泵浦相位共轭干涉测量法,测量弱吸收薄膜的光学参数:折射率、吸收系数以及厚度,实验结果表明,该方法具有操作简便,并能自动消除相位畸变等优点。

| Abstract: | A novel method was used--self-pumped phase conjugate interferometer to determine the optical parameters of the weakly absorbing thin films: the refractive index, the absorption coefficient and the thickness. The method is simple and conve- nient, and able to cancel the optical distortion. |
