On solution of dynamic problems of elastic-stress concentration near defects on cylindrical surfaces

The results obtained in 11] are extended to the case of unsteady dynamic loads and the integral equations to which these problems are reduced are solved by methods that are illustrated by the example of the corresponding static problems.
