| 摘 要： | 本文假设溶质在柱末端流出时按指数修正的Gauss卷积模型分布时,可采用直接求解色谱动力学方程并对色谱动力学方程进行Laplace变换后研究其矩的方法,来探讨柱后过程各种因素对峰形的影响,从而找出了在这一过程中连接管长度等对色谱峰形影响的一般规律

| Abstract: | Assuming the solute flowing off the end of chromatographic column distributing according to the exponetially modifed Gaussian model, this paper investigates the law between peak form and the parameters on the back-end process of ohromatographic column by solving the dynamic equation and studing the moments of the results. |
