| 摘 要： | 本文在实验研究的基础上,应用醋酸确炎舒松-A与胶原酶合剂治疗35例面颈部肥厚性瘢痕,结果发现,所有患者经过治疗一个疗程后,其症状与体征均有不同程度的改善,显效率74.2％。其中15例经半年后复查无复发。证明该合剂是治疗和预防肥厚性瘢痕较理想的药物。

| Abstract: | On the basis of experimental studies, a mixture of triamcindonc acclonide acetate - A ( T) and collagcnasc (C) was applied to treat 35 cases of hypcrtrophic scars on face and neck. Results showed the symptoms and signs in all patients improved in different degrees after a course of treatment with a markedly imoroving rate of 74.2 % . There was no relapse after follow - ups half a year later on 15 cases among them , indicating that TC mixture is a relatively ideal medicine for the treatment and prevention of hypcrtrophic scars . |
