| 摘 要： | A new nicotinic acid derivative,2-deoxy-2-nicotinoylamido-β-D-glucopyranose, was synthesized with β-configuration exclusively. The structure and properties of the product were characterized by ^1H NMR, PT-IR, MS, DSC and polarimeter. The details of ^1H NMR spectrum and the mass spectrum proved that there are a great amount of hydrogen bonds in the product.
