摘    要:本文以新疆南部克里雅河为典型区,初步探讨了干旱区水资源系统的结构特征,在些基础上,将大系统优化理论应用在干早区水资源规划管理中、建立了典型区多目标多层次水资源优化管理模型、并用分解协调法对整个系统优化求解.求得典型区水资源优化管理方案.从而为典型区水资源优化管理提供了决策依据,同时也为干早区水资源科学管理提供经验和模式.

Abstract:Taking the Keriya River Basin for example, This paper primarily analyses structural characteristics of the water resource(WR)system in the arid zone. On the basis of this re-search, the large-scale system theory is applied to WR planning and management in the arid zone and The multiobjective and multilayer WR management model is establishedThe optimum solution is found for the whole WR system by using the principle of decompose-coordination. The WR optimal management strategy in the research area is also found out. This provides a decision-making basis for the WR optimum management in the area, at the same time, this also provides a model as well as experience for the W R sci-entific management in the arid zone.
