自适应结构多工况下强度控制的研究

摘    要:对自适应超静定桁架结构的强度控制问题进行了研究,把模型从单一工况推广到了多工况,实现了理论的完整性,定义了结构工作状态系数, 分析了作动器的联入对结构强度的影响,利用超静定桁架的耦合特性和作动器的调节功能,把强度控制问题转化为数学规划问题,方法简单有效。

Abstract:The strength control problem of adaptive statically indeterminate truss structure is studied. The control model is extended from the single loading case to the multiple loading cases. First, the index of working status of structure under multi-loading cases is denned to offer an object for strength control of structure. In succession, the influences of the jointed actuator on allowable stress of each bar and the total stiffness of structure are analyzed. Then, the programming model of strength control of adaptive truss structure is putting forward by utilizing the coupling feature of statically indeterminate truss and adjusting-function of actuator. The model is established as following which can be solved by simplex algorithm because it is a standard linear programming. Output displacement of actuator is taken as the control variable and the effect of passive deformation of actuator on control result is considered in this model. The constraints in the model are selected by using critical-constraint-selection method to avoid the expansion of solving scale caused by multi-loading cases. In this case, the algorithmic scale is kept in single loading case. The two-presented examples show the feasibility and validity of the method and the integrality of the theory system.
