| 摘 要： | 探讨在阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)存在下茜素红(AR)二级散射法测定脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)的方法,研究在pH=2.8的B-R缓冲溶液中 AR-CTMAB-DNA体系的光谱特征、影响因素和最佳反应条件.在最佳条件下二级散强度与DNA线性范围为0～2.2mg·L-1,检出限为1.12×10-6g·L-1,用该法测定合成样品DNA的结果,相对标准偏差0.70%,回收率为101.5%.
