摘    要:以酸处理海泡石为载体,用浸渍法制备了一系列含不同助剂的Ni基海泡石催化剂。以二氧化碳甲烷化、苯加氢、抗毒及抗热实验对助剂的影响进行了考查。结果表明,助剂尤其是钐的加入能显著地提高Ni基催化剂的加氢活性、热稳定性及抗毒能力。

Abstract:Sepiolite modified by 12.0%(wt) hydrochloric acid was used as the support for nickel catalysts. A series of Ni/sepiolite catalysts containing different Promoters wee prepared by impregnation. The effect of promoter on the nickel catalysts was investigated by carbon dioxide methanation, benzene hydrogenation, heat resistance and CS2 poison, respectively. The results show that the addition of promoter, especially the Sm promoter, can increase the catalytic activity, heat stability and anti-poison capacity of the Ni/sepiolite catalyst.
