| 摘 要： | 随着我国高校体育教育的不断深化改革,健美操这项独特的运动也越来越被学生们所接受,健美操以起特有的价值在高校体育中发挥着重要作用,本文结合文献法、分析法结合高校的健美操的实际情况,分析了高校健美操对社会文化的价值,希望本文能为高校健美操的发展提供一些帮助。

| Abstract: | With the deepening and reform of college physical education in China, aerobics as a unique movement is generally received by students, and it plays an important role in college physical education. This paper, with the literature method, and analysis method, combined with the actual situation of aerobics at college, analyzes its value on social culture, hoping to provide some help for the devel- opment of university aerobics. |
