| Abstract: | ? In this paper, experimental study for the reliability of micro drills is carried out, and the fit method for the life distribution function of micro drills is analyzed. It is found under experimental conditions of present work that life distribution of micro drills is Log-normal distribution, and the reliability function is obtained. |
