| Abstract: | Personnel thought of the Communist Party of China was formed in the long-term practice of revolution and construction, which played an important role in guiding the selection and appointment of talents, provided per- sonnel development theory and action guide for the success of the Chinese revolution and construction. It will be beneficial to personnel development in the new area, by combing context the inheritance and development of per- sonnel thoughts of Chinese leaders. |
