乙二醇焦油的硫化活化作用及硫化动力学初探

摘    要:研究了不同乙二醇焦油(GTO)用量对硅铝炭黑(简称SAC)丁苯混炼胶的硫化活化、交联密度及力学性能的影响,得出了综合三种性能于最佳点的最宜GTO用量。通过对添加GTO的SAC丁苯胶料硫化动力学的研究,发现加有2.2%硫黄的该体系的硫化反应近似为一级反应。GTO可显著降低体系的硫化活化能,从而对GTO的硫化活化作用可进行定量评价。

Abstract:The effects of the amount of GTO on the activation vulcanization, the crosslink density and the mechanical properties of SAC black filled SBR compounds have been studied. The results of the kinetics studies on GTO-SAC-SBR compounds showed that the vulcanization reaction of this compounds with 2.2% sulfur followed the first order law. If GTO is incorporated into the SAC-SBR mixture, its activation energy of vulcanization(E) is obviously reduced. Therefore, the evaluation for the activation vulcanization of GTO can be carried out.
