| Abstract: | This paper defines the concept of environmental supervision,the relationship and responsibilities of the differences between project environmental supervision and project supervision,and the relationship between project environmental supervision,project owner and contractor.Based on the practice of environmental supervision of Jishi Gorge Hydropower Station in the construction period,It explores the necessity of environmental supervision in the project construction period,and describes the working methods,procedures and concepts of environmental supervision. |
