| 摘 要： | 应用Origin数据处理软件,对蔗糖水解反应实验数据的处理提出了一种新方法,在简化实验条件下,无需测反应终了时刻的旋光度,可以快速方便地实现α0,α∞和速率常数k三参数的非线性拟合,提高了实验结果的准确度.

| Abstract: | A new method was proposed to process the experimental data of sucrose hydrolysis.The new method simplifies the experimental process and increases the veracity of the experimental results.With the new method,the final optical rotation degree of the reactive system needn't to be detected,and the rate constant can be obtained conveniently and quickly. |
