| Abstract: | A series of oximes of substituted 2-pyridylmethyl and phenyl ketones has been prepared. These all contain the ferroin group (?N? C? C? N?). The 4-substituted pyridyl-syn-methyl and phenyl ketoximes form chelates with Fe(II). |
