摘    要:采用自制的旋流雾化氢化物发生装置,用ICP-AES同时测定人发中的20多种微量元素,显著改善As、Se测定灵敏度,并提高了非氢化物元素的检出能力,相对误差小于10%,结果满意。

Abstract:A cyclone nebulizer made by ourselves was used as hydride generator to improve the determination limits of hydride generate elements at least an order of magnitude over conventional nebulizer. It can measure more than 20 elements in the hair rapidly with the relative errors less than 10% results is satisfy.
