| 摘 要： | 在企业管理中,生产管理是核心,生产部门根据客户定单要求以及设计部门的产品方案与工艺需求,制定周生产计划和日作业计划进行组织生产.主要通过制定随时间变化的动态生产计划和作业计划,以生产作业计划为载体和抓手进行物流控制和物流平衡,目标是没有库存或降低库存,排除一切不产生价值的作业.

| Abstract: | In the management of enterprise,the core is the manufacture management.The manufacture department works out the plan weekly and everyday according to the order of client and the proposal of the design department.The manufacture plan that is the carrier to control and balance the logistics,and it does work through drafting the dynamic manufacture plan and operative plan.The targets are zero-inventory or to reduce the stock and get rid of the valueless busywork. |
