摘    要:针对危险化学品的特殊运输环境和事故风险,设计了一种基于卫星通讯系统的危险化学品运输跟踪监测系统,并结合百度在线地图和C#、JavaScript语言实现了上位机端的远程监控,重点介绍了远程监测中心的数据通讯方式、GIS可视化、运输状态监控的实现。终端检测到的信号通过GSM短信或TCP/IP方式反馈至监控中心,由监控中心上位机对数据进行自动处理和图形化显示,并对危险情况进行预警。经过测试和分析,系统的操作界面简洁直观,检测精度满足运输需求,能有效提高运输过程中的安全性。

Abstract:Considering special environment and accident risks of hazardous chemicals transportation, a tracking and monitoring system based on satellite communication is designed. The system uses online Baidu map, C# and JavaScript language to achieve the remote monitoring of PC side. It focuses on the data communication, GIS visualization, and monitors the transportation condition. Terminal signals can be feedback to the monitoring center through GSM short message and TCP/IP. Then the monitoring center PC processes them automatically and displays all data graphically to realize the early warning of hazardous conditions. After testing and analyzing, it comes to a friendly and straightforward operation interface, and the detection accuracy meets the transportation needs. This system improves the safety of the transportation process effectively.
