| 摘 要： | 腐败是一种丑恶的社会现象。在我国社会主义市场经济初期,伴随着政治、经济建设和精神文明建设取得的巨大进步,各个领域的腐败现象都在顽固的滋生与蔓延,其势头尚未根本遏制住。这种普遍存在的腐败现象,已引起国人的忧心,成为人们关注的焦点,国人发自内心地痛恨腐败,要求党和政府采取有效措施根除腐败的呼声越来越高。本文试就社会主义市场经济初期腐败的新动向谈谈自己的认识。

| Abstract: | Corruption is a social cancer hated bitterly by people, and its growth and spread still have not been held back though we have got better at building and improving our socialist economic market system. The voice to do away with corruption is getting louder and louder. In order to achieve greater success in fighting against corruption, this paper tries to reveal the new tendencies and harm of corruption in the early stage of the socialist economic market system, and propose four tactics as well : decreasing the chance for corruption; restraining the motivation to corrupt; raising the investment against corruption and destroying the root of corruption. |
