流动注射分光光度法快速测定乳制品中的蛋白质含量

摘    要:建立了快速测定乳制品中真蛋白质含量的交替合并带异步注入流动注射分光光度法.样品和试剂自动同时定量,分别同时被注入到超纯水和缓冲液中,以合并带中试样包裹试剂的方式进行汇合、反应,生成的蓝色络合物进入流通检测器,在595 nm下进行定量分析.得到的最佳测定条件为:反应试剂中考马斯亮蓝的浓度为150 mg/L,缓冲液中HCI...
