Esr studies of molecular complexes of iodine with phthalocyanins

We consider complexes containing phthalocyanin alone or with the metals Mg, Zn, Mi, or Al; the interaction gives rise to a strong ESR signal (about 10²⁰ spins per g), which arises from a charge-transfer complex, which produces surface ionic layers.
