摘    要:本文利用赝自旋模型描述细胞骨架微管管壁上的非束缚电子的动力学行为。基于微管的固有的对称结构及其电学性质,将其处理为一维铁电系统,用双阱势描述组成微管管壁的单个蛋白丝上的电偶极子的非线性动力学行为,进而,将此物理问题影射到赝自旋系统,并且通过采用平均场近似得到了一些物理结果。

Abstract:A pseudo-spin model is intended to describe the physical dynamics of unbound electrons in the wall of cytoskeletal microtubule (MT). Due to the inherent symmetry of the structure and the electric properties in the MT, one may treat it as a one-dimensional ferroelectric system, and describe the nonlinear dynamics of dimer electric dipoles in one protofilament of the MT by virtue of the double-well potential. Consequently, the physical problem has been mapped onto the pseudo-spin system, and the mean-field approximation has been taken to get some physical results.
