SWEBO在民办幼儿园园长人群中的应用研究

一般将工作投入和工作倦怠定义为一种心理状态,但用来测量这些心理结构的工具与方法却更符合用来评估心理特征而不是测量心理状态。工作积极和工作倦怠量表(SWEBO)是一个较新的测量工具,更适用于测量工作积极和工作倦怠的情绪状态。该量表于2007年开发出来,最初在瑞典进行测试,得到较好的信效度结果。研究使用回转翻译的SWEBO,以参加贵州省国培计划培训的民办幼儿园园长为被试,运用验证性因素分析,对SWEBO测量民办幼儿园园长的工作投入与工作倦怠情绪状态的适用性做了深入分析与讨论。研究结果显示,SWEBO是一个可靠的心理测量工具,但该工具还可以在认知取向维度做进一步扩展。

A study on the applicability of SWEBO for the principals of private kindergartens in China

Burnout and work engagement are generally defined as psychological states but the methods used to measure these constructs are more lined with methods used to assess psychological traits.Scale of Word Engagement and Burnout(SWEBO),a newly developed instrument measuring the state mood of burnout and work engagement has been empirically demonstrated to be a psychometrically sound alternative for measuring burnout and work engagement with satisfying reliability and validity in Sweden.In the present study the SWEBO(2007 version) was translated into Chinese by back-translation approach and administered to 350 principals of private kindergartens and the data collected were analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis(CFA) to test the measurement models of both burnout and work engagement invariance across occupation and nationalities.The results showed that SWEBO was a psychometrically sound instrument to assess in a solid manner the state mood of burnout and work engagement for Chinese principals of private kindergartens and called for further development concerning cognitive-oriented dimension.
