| Abstract: | In order to meet the demand for the development in the telecommunication industry and expand the system for fee service. The paper puts forward with the designing plan for the fee system of the integrated service. In this paper,the mainly introduces the function, composition topological structure of the network as well as the design for the security and reliability of the system. |
