Use of kinetic method for determining the concentration of hydroxyl groups on a surface of silica

The reactions of surface hydroxyl groups of pyrogenic silica, Aerosil with chromium oxychloride and trichlorosilane are satisfactorily described at the initial sections by the first and second order equations.
