| Abstract: | Surface photovoltage spectroscopy measurements in the spectral regions close to the energy gap have been performed for Cd1?xMnxTe single crystals with different compositions, in the range between room and liquid nitrogen temperatures. The dependence of the energy gap on the composition and temperature is linear. |
