In the process of economic globalization, the crux for China to participate in and survive the fierce competition is to enhance human capacity building and improve the quality of human resources. Therefore, the disciplinary development of human resources economics should be based on knowledge and human resources, revitalize human resources market, and fully develop and utilize human capital made out of knowledge-driven productive force.
