摘    要:阐述了锅炉水冷壁发生高温腐蚀的机制与条件,介绍了用于火力发电站的锅炉水冷壁检测机器人的发展情况,以及各种爬壁机器人的本体结构、磁路设计及控制系统等。由此得出水冷壁检测机器人能够缩短作业周期、提高电站的经济效益、降低劳动强度并提高检测精度.

Abstract:The mechanism and conditions about high temperature erosion on water wall of large scale boiler were stated.This paper also introduced the development of wall-climbing robots for cleaning and inspecting wall tube of boilers in thermal power station.Analysis was carried out for the magnetic circuit design,principal part's construction,control system,cleaning mechanism,and thickness measuring equipment.This kind of robot can effectively shorten the working peried,enlarge the economic benefit,decrease the labor intensity,and improve the measuring precision.
