| Abstract: | The effect of negative ions on the lifetime of a pulsed TEA CO2 laser is discussed.The effects of the additional H2 or CO or catalysts on the stabilities of electric discharges are investigated.Experiments show the additional H2 or CO and the catalysts to enhance the lifetime of CO2 laser. |
