咖啡因、茶碱对家蝇毒性的研究

摘    要:1985年,我们进行了咖啡因(1、3、7三甲基黄嘌呤)、茶碱(1、3二甲基黄嘌呤),对家蝇(Musca domestic vicina Macq)的毒性试验,实验结果能证明这两种药物对家蝇都是有毒性的,但茶碱对家蝇的毒性亚于咖啡因。 用喂食法测定咖啡因的毒力。随着处理组浓度的增高,家蝇的死亡率也上升0.5%高浓度,家蝇的死亡率可达100%.0.2%浓度,已接近半致死浓度。羽化后8—10小时的家蝇,以0.1%浓度喂食72小时,多次重复试验,结果表明药剂对家蝇生育有一定影响:产卵量减少,卵巢的发育受抑制,卵的孵化率下降,产卵期缩短,此外,用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶盘状电泳,分析家蝇的血淋巴蛋白也有差异。

Abstract:Caffeine (1, 3, 7,-trimethyl xanthine) and theophylline (1, 3,-dimethyl Xanthine) are toxic to Musca domestic vicina Macq, but the toxicity of theophylline is lower than that of caffeine. Feeding on 0.1%-1% caffeine in the diet leads to different mortality. Caffeine higher than 0.5% induces high lethality rates and 0.2% caffeine induces near 50% mortality. Fed on 0.1% caffeine for 72hs. (8-10hs after emergence from puparia) the developments of ovaries ceases the fecundity and the hatchability of eggs reduces. The electropherogram of hemolymph protoin changes a little as compared under control.
