Eine Farbreaktion zum Nachweis von o-Chinonen der Naphthalin- und Phenanthrenreihe

Zusammenfassung Die Reaktion von Malonsäuredinitril mit 1,2-Chinonen vom Typ des 9,10-Phenanthrenchinons und des 1,2-Naphthochinons in alkoholischer Lösung ohne Basenkatalysator eignet sich als Farbnachweis einer Reihe dieser Substanzen für die Papierchromatographie und auf der Tüpfelplatte. Mit 0,5 bis 10g Chinon entstehen beständige, sehr intensive, violette bis blaue Farbtöne.

Summary The reaction of malonic acid dinitrile with 1,2-quinones of the type of 9,10-phenanthraquinone and of 1,2-naphthoquinone in alcoholic solution with no base catalyst is suitable as a color test for a number of these compounds in paper chromatography and on the spot plate. Stable, very intense violet to blue shades are formed with 0.5–10g quinone.

Résumé La réaction du malonitrile avec les quinones-1,2 de type phénanthrène-9,10 quinone et naphtoquinone-1,2, en solution alcoolique, sans catalyseur de base, se prête à la recherche à la touche d'une série de ces substances en chromatographie sur papier et sur la plaquette à touche. Avec 0,5–10g de quinone, il apparaît des colorations stables, très intenses, allant du violet au bleu.
