政府数据治理体系研究

在提倡数据开放共享、数据资源梳理整合的契机下,面对政府部门日益严重“数据壁垒”、数据不一致等问题,本文基于数据标准管理、数据质量管理、元数据管理、数据安全管理等关键技术,结合政府部门的管理能力,建立政府数据治理体系,通过管理和技术相结合的方式,为提高政府内部管理、科学决策和社会治理能力等提供有力支撑。
