摘    要:针对脉冲激光峰值功率检验结果小样本分布未知的特点,对梯形模糊数理论展开研究,并进行结果的不确定度评估.结果表明,建立的数学模型具有一定的鲁棒性,对同类参数的检测结果评估具有很好的指导和借鉴意义.

Abstract:In pulse laster peak power test results of small sample distribution characteristics of the unknown,trapezoid fuzzy number theory and the research results of the uncertainty evaluation are researched.Results indicate that the established mathematical model is of robustness.Similar Parameters testing results of assessment have very good guidance and reference.
