A Note on Singularity of Bordered Matrix

On the basis of the paper [1 ], we give the characterizations of the nonsingular bor dered matrices of one class for an m × n complex matrix A, and obtain two theorems associated with finding A{1,2}ard A⁺ by a subblock of invelse matrix of such a bordered matrix.
