| 摘 要： | 文章提出了紫外分光光度示差法测定味精中谷氨酸钠含量的方法。以220nm为测定波长,在一定的实验条件下,谷氨酸钠溶液浓度在4g/L~12g/L范围内成线性关系,精密度RSD=0.4%,加标回收率为98%。与国标分析方法比较最大相对误差不大于2%。

| Abstract: | In this paper,Monosodium L-Glutamate is determined by Differentia-ultraviolet spectrophotometry,the detection wavelength is 220nm,the linern range is 2~16g/ml,the average rate of recovery is 98% with RSD=0.4%。The maximum relative deviation is blow 2% when compared with GB. |
