热壁加氢反应器在线红外热像检测与安全评定

摘    要:利用红外热成像技术,在高温高压氢腐蚀理论研究和工程实践经验的基础上,利用红外热像在线检测的结果,实现了热壁加氢反应器方便而快捷的在线检测与安全评定。利用以上研究结果,对某厂的热壁加氢反应器,在运行状况下进行了表面温度场的红外热像测试和安全评定分析,工程应用效果良好。

Abstract:A software system to estimate the remaining life for hydrocracking tower based on hydrogen attack theory and infrared image as well as the databases of materials properties and operation parameters was established.Not only the remaining life and damage mechanism can be given by the statistically analysis of temperatures,but also totally operation of hydrocracking tower can be given confidently by comparing of results.A new on line statistically analysis method to obtain remaining tube life quickly and long-distance has been developed by the software.More accurate tube replacement during shutdown can be made and better hydrocracking tower operation through outer surface temperature adjustment for optimize production and minimize risks through this software.
