Abstract: | We report a highly efficient noncovalent immobilization of DNA fragments on surfaces by fluorous? fluorous interactions. The principle was applied to a simple and straightforward purification protocol for synthetic DNA. The method is completely compatible with standard solid‐phase synthesis of DNA. |
