| 摘 要： | 目的：研究精神发育迟滞合并情感性精神障碍的临床特点。方法：对27例精神发育迟滞合并情感性精神障碍进行回顾性分析。结果：精神发育迟滞合并情感性精神障碍占同期嫁接性精神病的13．8％，情感障碍的临床特征：躁狂发作缺乏明显的心境高涨、思维奔逸；抑郁发作缺乏明显的情绪低落、运动减少。治疗前后智能缺损程度无改变。结论：精神发育迟滞影响情感性精神障碍的临床表现，故诊断关键是识别这类患者的症状特点，治疗效果良好。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study clinical properties of mental retardation accompanied with affective disorder.Methods:27 cases of mental retardation accompanied with affective disorder were retrospe ctively analysed.Results:Cases of mental retardation accompanied with affective disorder were 13.8% of the cases of grafting mental disease happening at the same period.The clinical properties of mood disorder included:manic episode lacking apparent,elation,flight of thought,depressive episode lacking apparent depression,reduced movement.There were no differences in inteligence damage before and after treatment.Conclusion:Mental retardation affects clinilcal manifestations of affective disorder.Therefore the crucial point of diagnosis is to recognize patients characteristic symptoms so as to achieve satisfied therapatic effects. |
