摘    要:研究了矩形波导微波化学反应器在纯甲烷、低气压47Pa~5000Pa条件下,生成微波等离子体。研究了甲烷转化率,C2烃收率积炭率与气体压强的关系,以及乙烯、乙炔的选择性与气体压强的关系。实验结果显示,在上述气压范围内,甲烷转化率高达(75%~94%),当压强在800~5000Pa范围内,反应产物全部为乙炔。

Abstract:Methane in a rectangular wave guide as microwave chemistry reactor was excited to produce microwave plasma under low pressure (47~5000Pa). Methane Conversion to C_2 hydrocarben yield and Carbon deposit varied with pressure. The relationships of their selectivity with pressure were described. The experiments showed a high conversion of CH_4 and a high selectivity of C_2H_2,under the pressure 47~5000Pa.
