超高吸水性聚丙烯酸钠的制备

摘    要:以聚-γ-巯丙基硅氧烷作为引发剂,将丙烯酸和少量交联剂对二乙烯基苯,在四氯化碳和氢氧化钠水溶液中进行共聚,可得到吸水量400倍以上的超高吸水性聚丙烯酸钠。如果同时加入二氧六环,没有交联剂对二乙烯基苯,也可以得到吸水量将近400倍的超高吸水性聚丙烯酸钠。

Abstract:The copolymerization of acrylic acid and p-divinylbenzene was initiated by r -mercap-topropylsiloxane in the mixture of aqueous sodiumhydroxide solution, carbon tetrachloride, n-hexane and Tween 80 to form a super absorbent sodium polyacrylate which could absorb over 400 times its weight of water.The super absorbent sodium polyacrylate which could absorb near 400 times its weight of water was also prepared by the polymerization of acrylic acid initiated with r -mercapto-propylsiloxane in the presence of dioxane,aqueous sodium hydroxide solution and carbon tetrachloride,but in the absence of any crosslinking agent.
