摘    要:以间戊二烯为主要单体, 其他碳五双烯烃(如异戊二烯)、碳五单烯烃(如2-甲基-1-丁烯、2-甲基-2-丁烯)等为改性单体, 无水三氯化铝(AlCl3)为催化剂, 采用阳离子共聚法合成碳五石油树脂, 通过改变配方组分、添加剂量及温度等聚合条件, 考察各参数对树脂熔融黏度、蜡雾点、相对分子质量及分布等的影响. 研究结果表明: 产品的熔融黏度、蜡雾点及相对分子质量分布都随异戊二烯用量的增加而增大, 而随聚合温度及催化剂用量的增大而减小.

Abstract:C5 hydrocarbon resin is synthesized by cationic copolymerization with piperylene as the main monomer, other C5-pentadiene (e.g. isoprene), C5-pentadiene (e.g. 2-methyl-1-butene, 2-methyl-2-butene) as the modified monomer, and anhydrous aluminium trichloride (AlCl3) as the catalyst. The effect on the melting viscosity, wax point and molecular weight of resin is investigated. The results show that the melting viscosity, wax point and molecular weight distribution of the product increase with the increase of isoprene, but decrease the polymerization temperature and the quantity of catalyst increase.
