离散余弦变换系统在微光夜视系统中的应用研究

摘    要:军事和空间技术的要求促进了微光电电视技术的发展。微光图像实时处理技术是微光夜视技术今后发展的方向。该文给出了实现实时图像处理的离散余弦变换编码系统框图及性能参数,并讨论了离散余弦变换系统在微光夜视系统中的应用。为微光电视的实时图像处理及图像编码进一步研究打下了基础,同时也为实现目标探测识别,跟踪的实时性,智能化和微型化,从而为研制新一代的战术侦察与火控系统提供出具体有效的技术基础。

Abstract:Development of low light level(LLL) TV techniques is advanced because of the demand on military affairs and space techniques. In this paper, the diagram and performance parameters of DCT coding system for realizing real time image processing are given. The application of DCT system in the system of LLL night vision is discussed. The foundation of further study for real time image processing and coding of LLL TV is built up. Moreover, the practical and effective technical basis is provided for realizing real time,intelligence and miniature of target detection,recognition and tracing,thereby,for developing tactical reconnaissance and fire control system of new generation.
