纳米MgO微晶的微观特性实验探究

摘    要:通过X射线衍射分析和红外吸收特性测试,获得了MgO样品的微结构参数,发现其主特征峰位于416cm-1处;并根据衍射峰峰宽和谱线展宽公式计算出样品的平均晶粒度.

Abstract:By analysis of X-ray diffraction and infrared absorption spectrum,we obtained the microstructure parameters of the MgO powders sample and found that the main character infrared absorption peak was at 416cm-1.And we calculated out average grain-size of sample according to the breadth of diffraction peak and the line broadening formula.
