论更新人才培养的五个观念

观念是行动的先导。人才培养,关键是要更新人才培养观念。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010—2020年）》中明确提出要更新人才培养观念。适应地方经济社会发展需要,地方高校要结合自身和当地实际,尽快树立起全面发展、人人成才、多样化人才、终身学习和系统培养等五个教育观念。
