摘    要:以颗粒絮团更新理论为基础,建立了一个循环流化床床层与壁面间传热特性的预测模型.模型主要由流动和传热两个部分组成.在流动部分中,计算了床层的径向和轴向空隙率分布,颗粒絮团的最大下落速度以及颗粒絮团在壁面的滞留时间;在传热部分中,则将总传热系数分为颗粒对流、颗粒辐射、分散相对流以及分散相辐射四个分量进行叠加.与有关工业锅炉实测结果的对比表明,该模型是有效的

Abstract:A predictive model for the bed to wall heat transfer characteristics in circulating fluidized beds is developed based on the renewal theory of the cluster. It is mainly composed of two parts. In the flow part, the radial and axial voidage profiles, the maximum descending velocity of the cluster and the residence time of the cluster on the wall are calculated. In the heat transfer part, the total heat transfer coefficient is taken as the sum of four components, namely, the particle convection, particle radiation, dispersed phase convection and dispersed phase radiation. A comparison of the calculated results with the experimental ones from industrial boilers with fluidized beds shows that the model is useful.
