远红外自由电子激光器的整体数值模拟

摘    要: 基于中物院远红外自由电子激光装置,采用一种注重横向问题的整体数值模拟方法进行了计算。并将结果与随机抽样的计算结果作了比较,发现两者差异较大,自由电子激光的性能强烈地依赖于电子束性质。采用这种整体数值模拟方法对于较准确地计算和预计自由电子激光器诸光学参量是必要的。

Abstract:Numerical simulations of CAEP FIR FEL are made with a INEX (Interated Numerical Experiment) model in which the transverse distribution is considered carefully. Compared with the results of simulations with Moute Carlo method,large differences between them are found. The performance of free electron lasers depends upon the characteristics of the electron beam. It is necessary to use this kind of INEX simulations in order to accurately calculated and predict the lasing performance of free electron lasers.
